Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to the team to deliver great guest experiences, operational excellence and help with building profitable top line sales. Overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ Donuts standards and franchisee standards. Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs. Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction. Providing leadership and direction to all employees. Ensuring product quality and availability. Preparing and presenting employee reviews. Working closely with the assistant store manager to lead staff. Overseeing retail inventory. Assisting customers whenever necessary. Organizing employee schedule. Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed. Taking disciplinary action when necessary. Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission. Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning. Qualifications and Key Competencies
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, enthusiastic, with demonstrated ability to work well with others in a fun, fast-paced team environment. Experience in restaurants, hospitality or food and beverage services is required. High school or equivalent is preferred Previous leadership, assistant management or management experience Guest focused Ability to train and develop a team Time Management Food Safety, ServSafe Certification is a plus Benefits
