Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Division Learning & Development (L&D) team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing program logistics end-to-end and supporting learning initiatives that build capability, strengthen leadership, and enable career growth across our retail leadership. This individual will support and execute Learning & Development programs such as Assistant Store Director Training, and Third Person in Charge Training, as well as other leadership and learning initiatives. They will primarily focus on program management and logistics, facilitating, working with the Center of Excellence team and strategy for program enhancements. Program Management & Ownership Plan, schedule, and manage logistics for L&D programs, including all program communications, virtual meetings, room setup, materials, technology, and speaker coordination. Oversee participant communication, enrollment, and program evaluations. Track attendance, feedback, and metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Facilitation & Delivery Support facilitation of onboarding sessions, leadership development programs, and workshops as needed in-person or virtually. Provide engaging participant experiences by guiding discussions and activities in alignment with program objectives. Learning Partner Responsibilities Partner with HR and business leaders to understand learning priorities and connect them with relevant programs, tools, and resources. Continuous Improvement Contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of L&D programs and processes. Research and recommend new approaches, tools, and best practices to improve program quality and participant experience. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with L&D team members, HR business partners, and business leaders to ensure alignment between development programs and organizational needs. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the division to drive engagement and participation in learning initiatives. Salary range is $68,640 to $82,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
Knowledge & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field. Experience coordinating leadership development programs or large-scale corporate learning initiatives. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design basics. 4–7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related field, with proven experience managing programs end-to-end. Experience and comfort with public speaking, facilitating training sessions, and partnering with business leaders. Ability to provide consultative guidance to stakeholders and act as a strategic learning partner. Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS). Ability to travel Division wide up to 30% and some overnight travel.
