in their search for a

Data Entry Associate

. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with numbers while following structured processes. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or permanent hire, offering weekly pay at $19 an hour.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter medical billing data and basic coding information into internal systems

Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry

Maintain daily productivity targets while ensuring quality and precision

Organize and manage electronic files and records in accordance with company procedures

Follow detailed instructions and workflows for consistent data processing

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or clarify information

Meet established performance metrics

Ensure confidentiality and data security protocols are upheld at all times

Pay Details:

$19.00 per hour
