Trillium Professional is now seeking Quality Inspectors in Simi Valley, CA!
Job Duties: -Uses fixed or variable measuring instruments to inspect parts, products and/or processes and ensure conformance with established requirements and determination of compliance. -Checks for irregularities and defects. -Verifies specified dimensions on products or materials. -Works under minimal supervision. -May assist in orienting and training lower-level associates.
Key Accountabilities -Ability to both read and interpret the requirements of drawings and planning’s. -Ability to analyze drawing and planning requirements and make sound determination(s) of the appropriate inspection method/equipment to be used for product acceptance. -Ability to use all inspection/test equipment, with the exception of coordinate measurement (CMM), required determining product acceptance. -Ability to construct simple inspection set-up(s) and perform required inspections (using set-up) to determine product acceptance; possess sufficient knowledge to perform required inspections using complex inspection set-up(s) constructed by a “Grade A” Inspector. -Ability to initiate and complete all quality (Inspection) related records and documents with minimal supervision.
There are needs on 1st and 2nd shift. Normal 1st shift hours are 7am-3:30pm and 2nd shift is 3:30pm-12am. OT is available. Pay rate is $25.00 to $34.00 an hour.

-Minimum of three (3) years prior experience in standard mechanical inspection; as “Grade I” Inspector (or equivalent) or better. -Basic knowledge of ASME-Y14.5 (Geometric Tolerance) and ability to apply/inspect to requirements with minimal supervision.
