Task Order (TO) Manager

to join the teamto oversee, monitor, and report on the execution of assigned task orders supporting NASA Johnson Space Center. The TO Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for NASA customers and company leadership on all matters related to performance, staffing, schedule, cost, and deliverables for their task order(s). Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary interface with NASA customers for assigned task orders.

Manage day-to-day task order performance, ensuring technical, schedule, and cost objectives are met.

Oversee staffing, onboarding, and workforce alignment in coordination with company leadership.

Track budgets, labor hours, and support financial reporting requirements.

Conduct routine customer project reviews for cost, schedule, risk management, and deliverable adherence

Maintain active risk management (technical, cost, and schedule) on all projects and work functions

Provide Basis of Estimate (BOE) support for incoming new work.

Ensure compliance with contractual, audit, safety, and quality requirements.

Collaborate with technical leads, functional managers, and subcontractors to ensure effective execution.

Prepare and deliver status reports, briefings, and performance metrics to NASA and contract stakeholders.

Develop, manage and monitor cost plans, estimates, and actuals
