Requirements
3 - 5 years shop experience on various machines producing aircraft parts Must have
Microscope Experience
and able to identify .003/.005 break radius visually Blueprint reading, understanding machine shop terminology, able to use and understand machinist tools Must have general knowledge of bench procedures & able to use hand tools required to bench parts Able to lift and/or push up to 50 lbs Must be able to constantly stand for long periods of time Constant gripping, squeezing, pinching, wrist-turning/spinning movement Compliance with safety standards and policies (will be graded with job performance) Key Responsibilities
(will include, but are not limited to):
Deburr, bench, blend parts to customer specifications & written bench instructions as directed by lead. Bench parts to drawing requirements and written instructions Work alongside Material Expeditors to maintain production flow, on or off machine Work alongside floor supervisors and leads to adhere to production schedules on parts Work alongside quality control personnel, concerning parts or jobs being worked on to maintain the highest quality assurance possible.
