Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Account Executive to support employer-sponsored retirement plans by working closely with plan sponsors and their participants. This role includes conducting plan reviews, providing strategic consulting on plan design and compliance, supporting fund analysis, and assisting with client education and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with plan sponsors and their employees, delivering ongoing retirement plan support and guidance Conduct annual and periodic plan reviews, offering strategic recommendations for improvement Advise on plan design, compliance challenges, and corrective strategies (including failed testing) Review and evaluate fund line-ups and performance against benchmarks Perform fee benchmarking to ensure plans remain competitively priced Assist with client onboarding, education sessions, and finalist presentations Collaborate with internal teams on reporting, plan operations, and participant services Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in 401k plan relationship management, client service, or investment consulting Solid understanding of 401(k) plan design, compliance and ERISA-related issues Experience with fund analysis, performance evaluation, and benchmarking Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize independently FINRA Series 6 or 7, and Series 65 or 66 required Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid time off, and holidays.
