Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced
Deployment Engineering Lead
to oversee technical build and deployment activities across
Icertis (CLM), Infor (S2P), and Deltek Costpoint (Finance) . This role is pivotal in ensuring
integration, configuration, data migration, and cutover engineering activities
are executed consistently and in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
The successful candidate will bring deep technical leadership experience, hands-on ERP deployment expertise, and the ability to coordinate large-scale enterprise transformations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate
System Integrator (SI) technical teams
across Icertis, Infor, and Costpoint platforms. Own and manage the
technical deployment plan , including environment management, data migration, and cutover execution. Ensure
consistency across integrations, middleware, and reporting . Provide
technical leadership and guidance
to Deployment SMEs, resolving cross-platform technical issues. Partner with the
Enterprise Architect
to ensure deployments meet enterprise architecture standards. Support
hypercare
post-go live and transition activities into operations. Must Haves:
20+ years of
progressive technical experience , including at least 8+ years in
ERP deployment and integration leadership . Experience coordinating across
Infor, Icertis, Costpoint , or comparable enterprise platforms. Background in
system integration, cutover planning, and deployment governance . Expertise with
System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) models
and
project management practices . Proven track record in
large enterprise environments (30,000+ personnel) . Nice to Haves:
Experience leading deployments in
Aerospace, Defense, or other highly regulated industries . Familiarity with
federal compliance standards (FAR, DFARS, ITAR, DCAA) . Exposure to
AI/automation tools
for deployment efficiency. Exceptional
executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills .
