Principal Accountabilities: Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues.
Assisting in the processing of beef.
Utilizing knives and other tools effectively and safely.
Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished products.
Upholding food safety and quality standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
Ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
Required Qualifications: Must have the legal right to work in the US without requiring Visa sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in meat processing.
Production and knife handling experience.
Work history within the last 12 months.
