JOB SUMMARY
Patient Supply Distributor is responsible for pulling and delivering supplies to clean utilities and patient rooms on a schedule as assigned. Most supply areas use a two bin Kanban system to ensure supplies are ordered and stored where they are used. They are responsible for ensuring the storage areas is neat, tidy, stocked and fully functioning. They work with and support Blue Bin stage operations team in the warehouse and support strider team moving supplies to specific locations.
Hours/Schedule:
Part Time - Days; primarily Wednesdays & Fridays 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and Tuesday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Every 3rd Sunday.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education [formal]:
High School diploma or certificate preferred
Experience:
None required
Special Skills and Competencies:
Will need to have valid driver's license and meet company policy on driving record check to operate a Mercy Vehicle
Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours
Must be able to plan and organize work duties and be alert to safety hazards
Must be able to work with team to accomplish goals Requires flexibility, weekend, and holiday shifts
