The Associate Director of Events is experienced in senior level Event Planning and Event Saes. This position is the second in command in the Event department. They are responsible for assisting to manage the Event and Meetings Team, training, mentoring the team. Primary responsibility is to service group business. This position will typically be required to carry and achieve a quota and service groups.

Qualifications:
Exceptional Interpersonal Communication Skills
A minimal of 3 years Sr. Level hotel Event Sales and/or Event Planning experience
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Minimal of 3 years Sr. Level Hotel Event Sales and/or Event Planning
CMP Certified preferred
Geographically mobile
