Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for formulaic retail and restaurant construction projects. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and required resources. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information. Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals in a timely manner. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction phase. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods. Minimum of 5 years of senior estimator experience in formulaic retail and restaurant building and construction. Proven experience with projects for national brands such as CVS, 7-Eleven, and similar establishments. Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and labor. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
