Loader Operator- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP
Location: Sioux City, IA
Pay: $21/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm
Our company is looking for a motivated Transload Operator! The person in this position will be responsible for loading and unloading railcars with bulk materials, using moving equipment, recording operating data, observing the position of railcars when moving in relation to the surroundings, checking the conditions of railcars, and troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload chemicals and bulk solids such as stone, sand, and grain into or from railcars and trucks using moving equipment.
Observe the position of cars passing loading spouts and swing spouts to correct as necessary.
Operate loading and unloading equipment, conveyors, hoists, and other specialized material-handling equipment.
Monitor product movement to and from railcars and trucks to ensure constant product flow.
Perform required equipment inspections on each shift and complete vehicle maintenance forms.
Comply with all general safety and operating rules.
Assist railroad crews with various rail-related tasks to facilitate loading and staging of railcars.
Assist with other projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
