Overview
Compliance Legal Administrative Associate – The Reynolds and Reynolds Company. The role provides critical support to Employment Counsel by maintaining accurate legal documentation, monitoring regulatory developments, and strengthening compliance workflows across the organization. This position helps ensure the quality and consistency of disciplinary records, supports ADA processes, and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department’s operations.
Responsibilities
Review and revise disciplinary documentation (e.g., written warnings, performance improvement plans, termination memos) to ensure alignment with legal requirements and company policies.
Monitor and summarize legal and regulatory updates impacting employment practices.
Maintain well-organized, audit-ready records of legal documents, policies, and compliance materials.
Develop and update standardized templates, workflows, and “How-To” guides for leaders.
Support the ADA accommodation process by reinforcing training content and guiding leaders through established procedures.
Contribute to special initiatives such as the PIQ program and Associate Handbook revisions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance follow-through.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal, HR, or compliance-focused administrative role.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and legally sound tone.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
