contribute to our goal of putting drinks on every table? Key Responsibilities of Forklift Operator: Safely operate gas or electric forklifts across various areas of the facility. Efficiently load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing materials. Inspect incoming materials for quality issues or damages. Deliver a diverse range of materials while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Place materials accurately in designated storage areas and racks. Operate palletizing equipment and utilize software for production processes. Conduct regular cycle counts on materials, ingredients, and finished goods. Participate in essential communication meetings as required. Organize pallets to ensure safety and check for damages regularly. Load trucks with products as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times. Implement First In First Out (FIFO) procedures for effective inventory management. Ensure accuracy in paperwork related to shipping, receipts, and transfers. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience (1-3 months preferred). Valid Forklift Certification. Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory software systems. Ability to perform basic calculations involving algebra and geometry. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Willingness to work various shifts as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 70 pounds. Must be able to push and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds. Capable of standing or walking for extended periods on concrete floors. Physical agility to kneel, bend, crouch, reach, climb, and stoop as required.
