Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Executive Recruitment, the Executive Recruitment Operations Lead will be responsible for supporting the building of Agilent's new in-house Executive Recruitment function.
This role will collaborate with the Head of Executive Recruitment to establish the operational presence, framework, and excellence of the broader Executive Recruitment function. The Lead coordinates all aspects of the executive recruitment process in partnership with internal and external partners, including search firms. The Executive Recruitment Operations Lead will also maintain elements of the knowledge management and organization thereof related to the Executive Recruitment function. The Lead will interact with and have high visibility with top-level executives and must possess strong communication skills, highest level of attention to detail, and a track record of delivering best-in-class client experiences and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Additionally and importantly, the candidate will have a demonstrated orientation towards best-in-class and consistent candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
Ownership and leadership of the design and implementation of the executive recruitment operations infrastructure, knowledge management, processes, templates, etc., including but not limited to direct coordination of interview scheduling, candidate travel and expenses, interview tracker maintenance, offer development, engagement with search firms - managing the reception of invoices and operationalizing MSAs and where needed, SOWs. Manages operations related to confidential and critical executive recruitments - balancing quality, speed, and discretion Identifies gaps and areas of improvement in executive recruitment delivery, customer/client interaction, and search firm engagement - optimizing for candidate and customer experience at every stage Partners with recruitment partners and broader Agilent enterprise to introduce and refine tools and technologies to improve the delivery of executive recruitment and candidate as well as customer experience Serves as an inaugural member of Agilent's executive recruitment function, assisting with special projects including process improvement initiatives and strategic talent activities. Position the executive recruitment function and the broader talent acquisition COE as a hub of strategic talent capture, innovation, and customer orientation. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 10+ years in human resources, recruiting, or project coordinator experience, and/or 10+ years of experience in a similar administrative role. 5+ years of experience in Executive Talent/HR function, both with search firm and in-house capabilities. Proven ability in dealing with all levels of management, including senior executives. Broad business acumen with an enterprise mindset Tenacity, flexibility, and critical problem-solving orientation

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $139,440.00 - $261,450.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
