Join Our Team as a Forklift Operator - Material Handler! 1st Shift Our client, a leading company in the paper converting industry, is looking for skilled Forklift Operators/Material Handlers to enhance their Shipping and Receiving team. If you have experience with RF scanners and driving forklifts along with a strong ability to multitask, we want to hear from you! Location: Appleton, WI Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour Key Responsibilities: Safely operate industrial forklifts to move materials within the warehouse and assist in loading and unloading truck trailers or shipping containers. Load and unload materials onto pallets, platforms, skids, racking, or trailers. Utilize controls, devices, and levers to drive forklifts/roll clamps, ensuring correct transfer of materials to and from docks, production areas, and storage locations. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and overall housekeeping of the dock and inventory areas. Ensure safe operation of forklifts at all times. Qualifications: Experience driving forklifts (Roll Clamp experience preferred but not required). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking capabilities.
