Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead business analysis efforts that align and integrate functional areas, supporting divisional strategies. You will ensure the efficiency and consistency of critical cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects from inception to completion. Your role involves overseeing project teams, managing resources and budgets, and executing initiatives on tight timelines. You will collaborate with all management levels, including senior leadership, to prioritize transformational program activities and monitor progress toward objectives. Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and test management, including writing and executing test cases, is essential.

This is a hybrid role; you can be based at our office in CHICAGO, IL, NASHVILLE, TN, or RICHARDSON, TX. We do not offer relocation or sponsorship. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of equivalent experience in business testing, business analysis, process improvement, project management, or healthcare operations 3 years of experience leading large, complex projects with multi-million-dollar budgets Proven ability to communicate with senior management across multiple divisions Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations Strong problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of strategic planning and industry trends Experience interpreting business and financial data Negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing productive relationships across departments and presenting to senior management Organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects efficiently Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Office applications Familiarity with Medicare Part A/B/D and provider workflows, including applications like Symplr and FACETS, EDI formats, claims processes, CMS reporting, and sales tools like Salesforce Experience with test case management tools (e.g., Zephyr) and Agile tools (e.g., Jira or Rally) SQL proficiency Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Product/Sales knowledge Preferred Qualifications: Proven strategic thinking and execution abilities Expertise in driving decisions, creating options, and assessing their impacts HCSC Employment Statement: HCSC is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
