The Integrated Aviation Solutions Division of the Airborne Systems Business Area at Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Flight Operations Center Logistics Liaison Officer (LNO) supporting the PSS-T program in Columbia, MD. Join us and leverage your expertise in supporting our unmanned aerial intelligence platform operating in various CONUS and OCONUS locations. What's in It for You? As the LNO for the PSS-T Program, you will play a critical role in ensuring mission success by monitoring the health of deployed systems, coordinating logistics responses to system failures or supply shortages, and contributing to the improvement of Performance Based Logistics Metrics (PBLM). Your actions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Your Primary Responsibilities: Monitor the mission health of deployed systems and provide daily reports to the Flight Operations Center Lead. Gather Level 1 PBLM metrics using mission data, health reports, and information from operational site communications. Maintain and manage program supply and spare levels, ensuring timely purchases of equipment, materials, and services for assigned operational sites. Collaborate with procurement to establish pricing and lead times, ordering necessary equipment to meet schedule requirements. Work with OCONUS technicians, directing troubleshooting questions, finding maintenance manuals, or coordinating repairs with original equipment manufacturers. Liaise for purchase requirements outside the BOM process by interfacing with logistic personnel and stakeholders to validate purchase requests and track delivery dates. Coordinate the flow of all necessary equipment, materials, spares, and consumables to support system health at forward locations. Support development of PBLM reports, entering information based on troubleshooting calls and critical responses. Oversee disposition activities for CONUS and OCONUS hub-and-spoke locations. Be prepared to travel to Forward Operating Bases on short notice for major RESET or reconstitution efforts, as needed. Perform additional logistics duties as assigned related to operational reporting or mission requirements. Additional Duties: Engage in data analysis and assist in the completion of required reports as specified by CDRLs or government requests. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of logistics experience; additional related experience may substitute for a degree. Proven ability to organize cross-functional teams for urgent logistics responses. Familiarity with Army transportation and transfer documentation. Experience managing supply lines across multiple OCONUS locations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Active DoD Secret Clearance required. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with four (4) or more years of experience in Army logistics or supply chain management. Familiarity with Army logistics policies and resources. Experience with asset management and maintenance tracking database software. Prior use of Performance Based Logistics Metrics (PBLM) reporting. Background in maintenance planning, supply distribution, and FRACAS planning. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and customers.
