Red PrimeSteak is OKC's premier modern steakhouse-bold, refined, and elevated in every detail. Our space is as striking as our menu: modern, moody, and designed to impress. We're currently hiring part-time Hosts/Expos to join our team. Ideal candidates are polished, personable, and comfortable in a fast-paced fine-dining environment. HOST POSITION SUMMARY:

Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes while keeping a smooth and orderly flow in the restaurant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival. • Know restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any question customers may have effectively. • Take reservations and enter on OpenTable according to restaurant standards. Prompt customer for additional information and email whenever possible. • Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible. • Relay messages to servers, bus, and manager as needed, especially guest notes from OpenTable. • Help with bussing and drink service if time warrants. • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

No previous restaurant experience required. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours). Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests. Must have exceptional grooming habits. Must be 21 or older due to responsibilities that include working in areas where alcohol is served A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY EXPO POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains positive flow of communication between the FOH and BOH to ensure that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner, and according to menu and customer specifications. Provides final check for quality, consistency and proper presentation of food.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Know restaurant concept, service and hospitality standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, and specials. • Monitor ticket times and maintain food consistency throughout the shift. • Communicate all requests and issues effectively between the FOH and BOH. • Manage all food allergy requests according to company safety standards. • Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen. • Serve as 'Final Check' of all dishes before leaving the kitchen line for accuracy, presentation and proper temperature. • Keeps Front Kitchen Line clean, organized and free of debris. • Assist in upholding to quality and sanitation standards in the kitchen. • Assist in the restocking and replenishment of clean china and to-go supplies. • Prepare and maintain garnish station.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
