Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote:
Onsite (3-4 days a week)
Duration : 18 months
Rate Range : Up to$67.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have: 3-5 years of UX/product design experience in enterprise tools, dashboards, or workflow-heavy applications Strong portfolio with
case studies
that highlight UX process, design rationale, and problem-solving Mastery of
Figma
(wireframes, prototypes, design specs) Ability to
translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, end-to-end user flows, and polished UI designs Hands-on experience with
design systems
(using and extending components, maintaining consistency) Knowledge of
inclusive design principles
(color contrast, accessibility, keyboard navigation, etc.) Strong
communication and presentation skills
for tailoring messages to both technical and non-technical audiences Agile/Scrum experience (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Tools:
Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Suite (Word/PowerPoint) Bonus Skills:
Background in enterprise/tech industries Responsive design knowledge (not required but valuable) Familiarity with complex forms, tables, and workflow-heavy internal tools Responsibilities: Serve as the
sole UX designer
on assigned internal web-based tools, collaborating with product owners, developers, QA, and designers Translate requirements
into wireframes, mockups, end-to-end flows, prototypes, and final UI designs Use and extend components from the existing
design system , ensuring consistency in patterns and behaviors Apply
inclusive design principles
to create accessible and scalable experiences Annotate and spec designs for development handoff, ensuring feasibility of every feature Participate in
Agile ceremonies : daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives Present and articulate design decisions
clearly, tailoring to different audiences (product teams, stakeholders, end users) Collaborate with lead and senior designers for feedback and approvals, ensuring alignment with team vision Drive projects
from discovery through delivery , balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional UX design experience (mid-level) Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent bootcamp/certifications + strong experience accepted) Demonstrated ability to
design for complex systems
and distill them into intuitive workflows Strong presentation and storytelling skills with proven ability to influence product direction Collaborative mindset with ability to reflect on and learn from past project challenges
