Job Title: Warehouse Material Coordinator/Inventory Planner
Location: Everett, WA (ON SITE)
Pay range: $28 – 30/hr. on W2 (depending on experience/interview)
Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension)
Shifts Available: CAN SELECT ONE OR MULTIPLE SHIFT TO WORK
Back Half Night Shift (BHN) Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am
Front Half Night Shift (FHN) Sun-Wed 5pm-3:30am
Front Half Day Shift (FHD) Sun-Wed 6am-4:30pm
Back Half Day Shift (BHD) Wed-Sat 6am-4:30pm
Donut Night Shift (M,Tu,Th,F) 5pm-3:30am
Swing Day Shift (M-F) 10am-6:30pm
Job Description
The Material Handler supports production and manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate and efficient movement of materials across sites. This role requires proficiency in SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary systems to execute material transactions, document system issues, and identify process inefficiencies. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to SOP and safety improvements. The role also supports team training and development to strengthen overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately handle, track, and document materials for production and manufacturing needs
Perform material transactions using SAP ERP, Excel, and internal software
Report and troubleshoot system or process inefficiencies
Manage physical and virtual material movement between sites
Train and support team members on processes and safety procedures
Maintain compliance with safety, productivity, and quality requirements
Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand carts, forklifts/electric pallet jacks if certified)
Basic Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Capable of standing for up to 10 hours daily; frequent bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and carrying required
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends as needed
Strong attention to safety and detail in warehouse/production environments
