Job Description
Helpmates is hiring a Quality Control Electrical Inspector to test, inspect, and document components or assemblies used in aircraft interior manufacturing equipment.
Pay Rate : $26 - $27/hr. DOE Schedule:
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Interpret and read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, customer & company specifications to ensure parts and manufactured correctly. Inspect and test incoming electrical parts/components (receiving inspection) for defects such as incorrect assemblies, bad soldering/crimping, wire stripping bonding issues. Perform inspections at various production stages, including electrical, mechanical, and dimensional evaluations. Write inspection reports & non-comformance reports (NCRs) when defects are found Ensure correct packaging of electrical products/components before shipment to prevent damage or defects Education
High School Diploma is required Trade/Technical School 1-5 years of direct experience Skills
Ability to read & interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, specs Familiarity with electrical test equipment: multimeter, Power supply, hipot, ohm meter Strong documentation skills, able to write clear reports and non-comformance reports #HSSB
