Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate data collection, and supporting demand planning within our distribution center. This position requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to analyze data effectively to optimize warehouse operations.
Responsibilities :
Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels through effective tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy in stock counts.
Enter inbound inventory, and coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses.
Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing products.
Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory by Lot#, investigate and reconcile discrepancies, correct errors.
Maintain organized warehouse operations, ensuring that all products are stored correctly and efficiently.
Collect and analyze data related to inventory turnover rates, stock levels, and warehouse efficiency.
Project Coordination
Manage repack and display build projects. Reorder packaging and maintain sufficient stock levels to execute upcoming project needs.
Track project milestones, update stakeholders on progress, and address potential risks.
Manage project documentation, schedules, reports, and communication logs.
Create FBA Prep and kitting orders for fulfillment partners to ship replenishment inventory to Amazon.
Make inventory transfers to Walmart.com fulfillment partner as requested.
Create monthly entries for consignment sales in SAP.

2+ years of experience in inventory management, project coordination, or a similar role.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving operations is essential.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and ecommerce fulfillment.
Experience with SAP a plus.
Spanish skills useful but not required.
