Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm What Youre Looking For We are looking for a self-motivated Lead Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for data input, quality, and audits. This role will work with the Compliance Manager and Cultivation team to ensure proactive issue resolution and maintain compliance throughout the facility, including Biotrack/Metric systems. The role includes formulating, implementing, and enforcing proper techniques within the cultivation department. What Youll Do Conduct inventory inspections and maintain METRC and Biotrack logs to ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility. Communicate with the cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC using clone log information. Create METRC plant tags for plants. Perform a physical count of each flower room and the Mother Room every Monday. Verify counts on whiteboards outside each room after counts are completed. Update the large hallway whiteboard with each strain count per table per room. Audit each plant room (Mom, Veg, Clone) through Biotrack/Metric Systems on a monthly basis. Complete documentation accurately and enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to team leads and Compliance Manager and document accordingly. Investigate and participate in correction activities as directed. Ensure all waste is properly logged on waste log sheets, processed in Biotrack/Metrc, and disposed of correctly. Collect daily waste from the cultivation team for all plant rooms. Daily, collect plant tags from destroyed plants from bins outside each room and ensure deletion from Biotrack/Metrc. Assist grow team during harvests and use METRC to upload new plants to rooms. Assist other departments with completion of their monthly audits. Train and educate on data collection and auditing systems and procedures. Establish data quality standards and work with management to ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure quality data collection techniques for reporting and monitoring requirements. Maintain adherence to established procedures and participate in problem-solving to drive improvements. Submit weekly reports to the Compliance Manager. Understand and ensure compliance with company and state regulations. Evaluate current systems to improve operations and reporting.
What Youll Bring
1+ years of data management and auditing experience Advanced knowledge and experience managing database systems and/or data warehouses Advanced knowledge and experience with data integration and extraction from/to multiple diverse data sources Strong analytical and organizational skills; enjoys solving complex data problems Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize effectively
Facility Environment
Allergen warnings potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens. Exposure to cleaning solvents (e.g., isopropyl alcohol) in high volumes. Daily use of provided PPE (masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, Tyvek suits as necessary). Ability to work in confined spaces. Exposure to loud noises (air compressors, packaging equipment, alarms). Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA-approved levels. High stress tolerance; adaptable and able to work in a changing environment; flexible.
