Shipping Specialist I
Location: New Brighton, MN
Schedule: Full-time | Monday- Friday 10AM-6:30Pm

As a Shipping Specialist I, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and on time. Fulfill Orders: Use handheld scanners to pick products by SKU and description Quality Check: Inspect items for accuracy, cleanliness, and damage before packing Pack with Care: Prepare and package orders professionally and securely Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy and safe workspace-sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed Label & Ship: Print and apply shipping labels using fulfillment software Sort & Ship: Organize packages by carrier and destination Stay on Schedule: Meet daily shipping deadlines and support smooth production flow Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to solve problems and keep things moving Compliance: Follow HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines Flexibility: Be ready to take on other duties as needed What You Bring
Required: High School diploma or GED 0-2 years of experience in shipping, order fulfillment, or a related field Preferred:
Experience with international shipping Background in medical device shipping Skills That Set You Apart:
