is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to serve as the Medical Director of the System's Otolaryngology program. This position will provide a majority clinical practice with dedicated time for leadership/administrative duties. The perfect candidate will have previous leadership experience. Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice Advanced training or experience in Laryngology or Otology a plus! Well-established referral base from across Marshfield Clinic Health System Collegial environment with exceptional support Dedicated, well-trained staff Call coverage is 1:4 with PA Support Fully remodeled clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment 2 dedicated procedure rooms 3 Physician Assistants Audiology Department adjacent to ENT Department Speech Pathology onsite performs swallowing studies Vestibular Lab for dizziness testing Collaboration with Plastic Surgery, Pathology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology as well as over 170 other specialties and sub-specialties to support patient care Compensation and Benefits Competitive 2 year salary guarantee and potential recruitment bonus 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start CME annual allowance Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence Based Malpractice insurance Relocation support Marshfield Clinic Health System is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
