Responsibilities:

Partner with HR, IT and Payroll to identify and resolve any technical issues impacting HR data integrations as well as the accurate, timely and efficient processing of HR transactions and payroll. Monitor daily Workday HCM Payroll integrations to validate employee data, troubleshoot errors, resolve issues in Workday, and escalate technical problems when required. Support bi-weekly payroll cycles by validating employee data, reconciling Workday, and addressing discrepancies before payroll completion. Ensure accurate, and timely processing of all employee data, including auditing records and compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations incorporating global aspects of the company. Provide day-to-day system monitoring and user support. Create, review and participate in functional testing for all HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance; two major upgrades per year as well as weekly enhancements. Partner with all areas of HR (Training, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) regarding the setup and configuration of HR modules and business process (BP) configuration. Partner with all areas of HR to create, edit and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards. Design and facilitate HR system and business process training and documentation for super users and other HR system users Create, maintain and monitor system security roles and functionality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems, Information Technology and/or related fields is preferred) 2+ years of HRIS Workday Experience Prior experience with Workday (HCM, Benefits and Compensation)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday implementation(s) Strong analytical skills and thought processes Prior experience with data integrity analytics, reporting, and system control practices Demonstrated knowledge of overall Human Resources, Compensation and/or Benefits Possess an organizational mindset and the ability to provide quick follow-through on project goals Proven ability to work independently and as part of a project team bility to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
