What to Expect: As a member of our Workplace Planning and Advice team, you will embark on a transformative multi-stage career development path. Engage with participants by connecting through calls to develop meaningful relationships. Guide our 401(k) participants, both active and inactive, through their choices while introducing them to our array of services.

Gain expertise in addressing general service needs and withdrawal requests for 401(k) participants through inbound interactions, providing timely and accurate assistance.

As your relationship-building and industry knowledge grow, progress to handling consultative inbound calls, helping clients with their retirement and investment concerns.

You Will Be Supported: We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to assist our clients and prepare for your FINRA licensing exams. A finance background or college degree is not required to excel in this role. With our structured licensing roadmap, you can study at a pace that suits you while showing commitment and dedication. The Skills You Bring: Exceptional experience in client relationship management and familiarity with a sales process, including engaging with warm leads.

Knowledge or experience in sales and consultative relationship techniques.

Accountable with a goal-oriented mindset.

Ability to ask probing questions to fully understand clients' needs.

Willingness to work flexibly in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in the office.

Comfort with technology and skill in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Aptitude for completing the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams upon hiring.

Required Certifications: You will receive paid time and support to obtain the SIE - FINRA, Series 07 - FINRA, Series 66 certifications.
