Job Title: Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator
Starting Pay: $19-20 phr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Requirements:
Solicit quotes from vendors and negotiate prices and terms. Create and manage purchase orders. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Research market trends and new products to inform purchasing decisions. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking. Perform cycle counts and verify physical inventory. Maintain inventory control databases and records. Ensure that products are stored, organized, and readily available. Work with departments like production, sales, and finance to understand needs and communicate updates. Provide regular reports on inventory levels, purchasing costs, and supply chain activities. Resolve any issues related to purchasing or delivery. Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems. Benefits Available:
