As a Materials & Receiving Team Member at Bath Fitter's Tennessee Plant, you'll receive and put away inbound goods, pick and stage parts for production and shipping, and keep inventory accurate using handheld scanners and our ERP.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

In this role, you will:
Receive inbound shipments: verify counts/condition, document discrepancies, and stage or quarantine as needed
Put away materials to correct locations; keep storage areas clean, labeled, and organized (6S)
Pick and deliver parts/tools per schedule; stage orders for production and shipping
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely; complete pre-shift inspections
Perform bin checks and cycle counts; research and correct inventory discrepancies
Use handheld scanners and ERP (Navision) for transfers, postings, and label printing
Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and leadership across shift hand-offs
Follow all Bath Fitter policies, procedures, and safety protocols
We are looking for someone with:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to drive/operate a forklift (company training available)
Basic math skills; able to use a tape measure and other measuring devices
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and work instructions
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Regularly able to lift 50 lbs (and occasionally more) and work on your feet around moving equipment
Experience with handheld scanners and ERP/WMS (Navision is a plus) and basic MS Office skills
