As a valued member of Crowe's Consulting Practice within the ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients tackle their business challenges. Your focus will be on the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. By collaborating with senior team members, you'll develop scalable solutions that not only enhance operational performance but also improve customer and employee experiences while streamlining technology-driven processes. This role empowers you to grow your technical and consulting skills, engage in impactful client work, and take charge of your professional development.
You'll engage in hands-on project work across various ServiceNow applications, including IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and Security Operations. Starting from your first day, you'll work alongside consultants and architects, gaining insights into both the technical and business aspects of consulting while contributing to meaningful client solutions.
Responsibilities
Support the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. Assist in solution design workshops, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and end-user training. Participate in business process analysis and translate client needs into effective ServiceNow solutions. Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation steps clearly and understandably. Contribute to practice growth by assisting with proposals, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives. Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action item tracking, and status reports. Skills & Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for quickly learning and addressing technical challenges. A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, combined with strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset. An entrepreneurial spirit with the adaptability to take ownership of tasks and respond to changing project dynamics. Genuine interest in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise service management, and developing expertise in ServiceNow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Willingness to travel up to 30% as necessary for client engagements. The wage range for this role takes into account various factors when determining compensation, such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs. This range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. Typically, starting offers for this role are not made at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
