This role involves working with BPMN, DMN, and automation tools to streamline processes, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure efficient workflow execution**.****Technical Expertise*** **3 years of experience with Camunda BPM*** Strong proficiency in Java 11 Spring Boot REST APIs* Experience with BPMN DMN and process automation* Familiarity with CICD tools like Jenkins Maven SonarQube Nexus* Experience with relational databases PostgreSQL Oracle* Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms eg RedHat OpenShift AWS Soft Skills**Key Responsibilities*** **Design and implement BPMN workflows using Camunda 7,8*** Develop microservices using Java Spring Boot and integrate them with Camunda* Translate complex business requirements into scalable BPM solutions* Collaborate with business analysts product owners and technical teams* Maintain and evolve existing Camunda components and orchestrations* Ensure software quality through automated testing JUnit Mockito Cucumber* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews* Document technical designs and workflows* Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing**Soft Skills:*** Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
