The Paper Store is a family-owned and operated specialty retailer with locations throughout the Northeast, Florida, and Illinois. Our Distribution Center (DC) plays a critical role in supporting our stores and fulfilling online customer orders. We're looking for dependable, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are eager to grow with us.

1st (8:00 AM-4:30 PM); 2nd (4:00 PM-12:30 PM)
At the DC, we provide WORLD CLASS SERVICE to our stores by investing in our people and continuously striving for operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a TPS Brand Ambassador Follow all TPS policies and procedures Cross-train and contribute across all areas of the Distribution Center Accurately verify incoming shipments against invoices, packing slips, and shipping records Maintain detailed receiving and shipping documentation, including delivery dates, damages, and shortages Safely load and unload trailers and containers Transport product between upper and lower building levels as needed Stage freight for processing in an organized and timely manner Pre-sort freight to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Prepare and stage freight for outbound shipments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support efficiency and safety standards Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Positive, self-motivated attitude
and a strong work ethic. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekends during peak seasons. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull 75 lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours, and climb ladders. Willingness to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Prior experience in dock operations, RF scan technology, material handling, or forklift operation a plus. Valid driver's license preferred. Respect for and adherence to local ordinances.
