The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with up to 45 hours per week.

(delivery recruiter / logistics recruiter / staffing recruiter) to join our team, focusing on expanding our driver network by managing outreach, conducting informational sessions, and supporting candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard independent contractor drivers for automotive parts delivery. Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and text, utilizing company-provided databases. Clearly communicate the details of the delivery driver's opportunity and respond to candidate inquiries. Coordinate and facilitate informational sessions for interested applicants. Assist candidates throughout the IC driver signup process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain accurate records related to outreach, follow-up activities, and completed signups. Qualifications
Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales is preferred. Confidently making outbound calls and following up with prospective candidates. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads concurrently. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Self-motivated and results oriented. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly rate of $22 per hour, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Up to 45 hours of work per week. Paid training and continuous support. Collaborative, team-oriented environment with recognition for your contributions.
