5pm to completion Sunday - Thursday Location: North Little Rock, AR Duration: 3 months Position Summary
The Warehouse Selector is responsible for accurately and safely selecting products from warehouse racking, labeling them using RF technology, and building customer orders for delivery. This role requires operating an electric pallet jack or forklift and working in varied temperature environments, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer.
Key Responsibilities Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to move and select products. Hand-select orders in warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures. Use RF units to create and apply product labels. Palletize and stack products following proper selecting procedures (e.g., no heavy-on-light stacking, labels facing outward). Stage pallets in proper dock locations for loading. Stretch-wrap pallets at the dock for secure transport. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment. Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including pallet jack, RF unit, and PPE. Work until all products are accurately selected and loaded, including overtime as needed on holidays and weekends. Essential Skills
Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency standards through engineered production goals. Consistently work at a fast pace for the entire shift. Meet or exceed established cases-per-error goals. Develop strong working knowledge of product placement, inventory control techniques, and warehouse procedures.
