Job Description
Manage a team of quality technicians towards operational goals and supporting customers Utilize SPC and statistical quality controls to improve various processes Lead and work cross functionally on various CI activity Handle and oversee all in process and final product inspections Participate in manufacturing leadership meetings to align with site leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
3+ years of experience managing a team of technicians, inspectors, or other quality personnel Knowledge of SPC and statistical quality controls Exposure to TQP and customer centric, continuous improvement HAACP, PCQI, and Food defense experience, certifications a huge plus Understanding of GMPs, Lot Code Tracking, Product Quality Monitoring, Audit Records Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred What's on Offer
Salary ranging from $78,000 to $90,000 Monthly and annual bonus offered 401k matching BCBS for health insurance 2-3 weeks of PTO More
