Biweekly pay$18.00 - $19.00 per Hour + Annual Bonus Opportunity up to $3,600.00
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm CT or until completion of daily duties. Mandatory overtime as needed. We stay until the job is done for the day.

An
Operations Specialist (Warehouse Associate)
will perform inbound and outbound distribution duties. This may include but is not limited to the following types of duties: loading/unloading trucks, palletizing, skid wrapping, banding/strapping, order fulfillment (picking), packing, material handling (sit-down propane forklift), put-aways (stocking), checking in material (verifying correct goods have been received), processing returns, sweeping, trash removal, general housekeeping, and other duties as assigned. Required Experience + Qualifications + Pre-Employment Requirements:
2+ years performing the aforementioned duties Strong focus on reliability and excellent attendance Comfortable lifting 70lbs + unassisted and in a safe manner Successful completion of a 14-panel drug screen and criminal background check Sit-down propane forklift experience although most duties are to be performed on-foot. The forklift is only a tool and resource, not the primary function of the role. Strong willingness to pivot to other duties as needed. We all chip in where needed and this may require you to perform a variety of roles throughout the day or week. Desire to join a long-term organization Demonstrated ability to work in a team Must be able to work overtime and variable shift/ hours Demonstrated ability with Warehouse Management Software Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to interface with customers and employees fostering excellent communication skills and customer service Follow all items as laid out in Operations Manual and job description Benefits:
