What You'll Do:
As part of our Global Market Access team, you'll engage in high-impact projects focusing on value, access, pricing, and commercialization strategies for our life sciences clients. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients from pre-commercialization assessments to launch pricing strategies in major and emerging global markets.
Lead teams to design and deliver projects that address key value and access topics, including pricing and reimbursement studies.
Utilize strong market research skills, including qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys, familiarizing yourself with various pricing methodologies.
Understand and navigate the access landscapes across critical geographic markets such as the US, EU, LATAM, and APAC.
Use your business acumen and expertise in global market access to develop strategic recommendations that effectively tackle client inquiries.
Manage your time efficiently and guide your team across multiple complex projects.
Collaborate with senior staff to ensure strategic insights are developed to address client questions on value, access, and pricing.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering actionable insights and developing long-term relationships.
Contribute to developing new methodologies and intellectual property for future engagements.
Share your expertise through thought leadership initiatives.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in science, biomedical engineering, or healthcare policy/planning.
5-7 years of relevant consulting experience with a focus on value, access, pricing, and commercialization strategies.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development processes.
Adept at analyzing complex data and formulating effective strategies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey recommendations to various stakeholders.
Experience in client management and content delivery.
Experience in leading teams and managing performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel for client work as needed, up to 25% of the time.
Nice to Have:
Graduate level degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PhD).
Track record as a project manager and a strong team player.
Attention to detail and superior communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $102,000.00 to $170,000.00, reflecting the value of your skills and experience. Our benefits package is comprehensive and designed to support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
