Job Description
Work with robotics/automated equipment, troubleshooting as needed and designing tooling/fixtures to improve throughput
Using LEAN/Six Sigma principles, identify areas for process improvements and implement those initiatives into production
Implement/update machine cell layouts using 3D Modeling software
Establish and maintain process flow, writing work instructions, SOPs, and PFMEAs
Train/guide maintenance team on proper handling of machinery and other equipment

The Successful Applicant
2+ years experience in manufacturing
Strong experience working with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software
Experience using PFMEAs
Background leading/participating in LEAN/continuous improvements, and a mindset of always searching for ways to optimize manufacturing processes
Technical/engineering degree preferred, but can be made up for with relevant experience
Experience working with automation
Experience writing/handling/reviewing of engineering documents
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
What\'s on Offer
Base salary $80,000-$100,000 depending on level of experience
