Database Administrator (DBA) / Engineer (DBE) - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Provide database design, development, deployment, and maintenance across Oracle and non-Oracle databases as part of system development and operations. Support DB design, development, implementation, information storage & retrieval, data flow, and data analysis activities. Assist in developing database structures that fit into the system architecture under development. Translate requirements and data into usable database schemas by creating or recreating ad hoc queries, scripts, and macros; update existing queries and create new ones to manipulate data into a master file. Assist in developing long-term and short-term requirements for database administration and design. Support analysis and evaluation of system improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts. Assist in developing databases, database parser software, and database loading software. Maintain and administer Oracle databases, RAC, RMAN backup and recovery; work with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and/or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration as applicable. Support customers by interpreting requirements and data for usable database schemas and queries. Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen. Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph. Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline. Four (04) years of additional DB experience can be used in lieu of degree. At least ten (10) years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator. Experience administering Oracle databases (10 current) and extensive experience with database design and modeling; including collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation, and tuning. Significant experience with production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery. Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and/or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration. Understanding of information storage & retrieval, data flow, and data analysis activities; ability to translate requirements into database structures. Ability to develop queries and scripts to manipulate data and support system development. Ability to contribute to development of database structures that fit into the overall architecture of the system under development. Nice-to-Have

Provide technology and industry leadership on large and/or more complex IT engagements. Lead enterprise-wide solution engagements within time and budget constraints. Develop integrated solutions combining GOTS, COTS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and third-party components. Provide subject matter expertise to assist customers through difficult business decisions. Design, configure and implement full stack architecture delivering innovative solutions using Oracle best practices and related IT knowledge. Recommend enhancements to meet complex customer needs.
