Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to HR users and employees for HRIS-related inquiries and basic troubleshooting. Assist with data entry, mass data uploads, and ongoing data integrity audits to ensure accuracy within the HRIS. Generate routine HRIS reports and dashboards as requested by HR and business leaders. Support system configuration changes under the guidance of senior HRIS analysts. Assist in testing new HRIS functionalities, upgrades, and system enhancements. Help maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials. Collaborate with HR team members to understand system needs and translate them into actionable tasks. Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and system utilization. Recommended Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role with exposure to HR systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Strong communication and customer service skills. An eagerness to learn new technologies and HR processes. Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices. Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to a major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud). Experience with data entry and data validation in a business system. Any experience with report generation or basic data analysis. Familiarity with ticketing systems for user support. Roles That Should Apply
