As our Talent Specialist youll be part of GWIs Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Youll drive end-to-end hiring for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product) roles, with a strong focus on New York, building and amplifying the GWI employer brand in NYC and creating key hiring functions from scratch. Youll partner with our Talent Attraction Manager on high-impact TA projects such as employment branding, recruitment marketing, process innovation, and CRM optimization to shape and scale GWIs talent acquisition strategy. Youll work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability as the company grows. Key responsibilities include: Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and Product functions, ideally in high-growth or international environments. Collaborate with senior leaders and People Business Partners, advise on hiring strategies, and influence decisions. Contribute to or lead employer branding initiatives (career site content, social campaigns, recruitment events, EVP projects). Source via direct methods and creative outreach to build strong pipelines. Utilize US market insights, especially New York, for benchmarking and strategy guidance. Partner with ATS and TA tools to streamline processes and introduce automation. Own projects end-to-end with autonomy and minimal oversight. Preliminary phone call with the Talent Team (no video required). First video interview with the hiring managers. Second (final) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with the wider GWI community.
