Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Production Data Analyst Co-op to join our Manufacturing team located in Danvers. Key responsibilities include developing and providing KPI reports on metrics such as overtime, productivity, yields, utilization, etc. to inform better decision making and proactively alert the business to opportunities and risks within the organization's production and supply chain. Additionally, the role involves developing business analytics that enable identification, prioritization, and justification of improvement programs that optimize production planning. Leveraging data analytics tools and creating dashboards that support our daily management tiered system is also part of the role. The ideal candidate should be a junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree in engineering. Prior work experience is desired, with medical device experience being preferred. Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik, MSPower BI) is also preferred. The candidate must be able to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (both orally and in writing). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and working knowledge of SAP is preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. The anticipated base pay for this position is between $23 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company's consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
