Position: Desktop Technician Location: Onsite; Scottsdale, Arizona, 85260 Duration: Long term contract Pay Rate: $20-23/hr based on experience Position Summary Details: We backup the Tech RX (similar to a Genius Bar) at Shea, so it is important that the resource is comfortable with this walk-up service. Flexible start time between 68 AM to support Central Time Zone users. The schedule will be determined upon starting. There may be a need to support one of our other locations, so location flexibility is required: 4750 S. 44th Place 4755 S. 44th Place 2700 West Frye Road, Chandler Main Location: 9501 E. Shea Blvd. Tech RX Support: Provide walk-up IT support for desktop, laptop, and phone issues while interacting face-to-face with customers needing assistance. Job Requirements
Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office O365. 3+ years of troubleshooting and configuring various devices, with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of operating systems, hardware, and software. 3+ years of working knowledge of Active Directory and account maintenance. Experience with Apple support (Mac, iPad, iPhone). Mobile device support experience for iPhone, Android, and iPad. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment. Strong customer service skills and experience are essential. Must be able to lift monitors and other equipment as needed, up to 50 lbs.
