Overview

SUMMARY:

The ERP Administrator is responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of the organizations Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role provides a deep understanding of each ERP's capabilities and ensures that they are brought to bear in the most efficient way possible solutions to the organization's business problems. In addition to working with users across the enterprise to make the best use of these systems, the ERP Administrator is a technical resource that works to integrate and customize ERP systems through ERP extensibility frameworks. This role is a key member of the internal IT team and will work as the primary interface for ERP-related projects. Primary duties and responsibilities

Maintain, and support ERP systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Manage ERP related projects. Participate in IT projects related to the ERP including software development and ERP migration projects as the ERP subject matter expert. Maintain system configurations and procedures. Maintain and extend ERP business logic. Maintain and extend integrations to the ERP such as EDI systems. Provide final tier technical support for ERP issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in computer science or information systems or other related field; or equivalent experience required. Experience

3 5 years of experience in a similar role. Skills & Abilities

Experience with the administration of Epicor Profit 21. Experience with the administration of the ECI JobBoss family of ERP systems would be a plus, though not required. Experience and technical proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL. Knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack: Windows OS, Azure, Office 365. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and end users. Physical Demands

The work is sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting or standing to perform the work. There may be some infrequent movement from area-to-area to transport items weighing no more than 50 pounds. Work Environment
