POSITION SUMMARY
The Systems Administrator reports to the Manager, Data Center Operations. Located in Mansfield, MA Full-Time Hybrid
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Systems Administrator to join TriMark's nationwide IT organization. In this role, you will be a key team member responsible for hands-on deployment, maintenance, security, and support of both On-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure, serving over 2800 internal customers. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience who are self-driven, organized, efficient, innovative, and passionate about contributing to the growth of a dynamic company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and Monitoring:
Serve as L3 support for all systems-related issues; monitor systems for health and establish reports and trends in system performance. Administration and Integration:
Hands-on administration of On-Premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure endpoint management, and O365 Administration; lead Active Directory computer and user migrations; oversee data center integration. Guidance and Expertise:
Provide guidance to other System Administrators and offer hands-on server support; demonstrate deep expertise in the administration of Windows Servers. Collaboration and Documentation:
Collaborate with IT team members to build a robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure; author and maintain IT procedural documentation. DR Planning and Implementation:
Engage actively in DR planning, design, documentation, testing, and implementation. Reporting and Documentation:
Monitor systems and provide standardized reporting to identify hardware/software/OS problems; maintain documentation of all hardware and software implementations, maintenance, and upgrades. Collaboration and Mentorship:
Collaborate with other Systems Admins, IT, and business partners as required; provide guidance and mentorship to Systems Administrators. Independent Decision-Making:
Work independently and make appropriate decisions on technical issues during off-hours, weekends, and at remote sites. Best Practices and Expertise:
Establish policies and procedures in line with industry best practices; perform diagnostics, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for customer issues. Technology Evaluation:
Understand and have experience with storage technologies; evaluate existing technologies and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Hybrid Cloud Solutions Single Sign-on with SAAS solutions LDAP Directory Services integration Windows Server (support through 2019) Office 365 Security and Compliance, and Endpoint management Azure Active Directory in a Hybrid Environment VMware vSphere and ESXi AD, DHCP, DNS, File and Print Servers, RDP PowerShell Scripting SAN experience PCI scanning and compliance experience
Ability to independently understand, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues Ability to provide support outside of normal business hours Excellent written and verbal communication Documentation discipline and accuracy Backup and recovery expertise
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
2 - 4 years of progressive relevant experience, or equivalent military or practical experience Strong, working knowledge of Office 365 (email, OneDrive, DLP, Security and Compliance, Teams) Working knowledge of VoIP phone systems (Vonage a plus), with the ability to set up physical and soft phones Working knowledge of ITIL Best Practices Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance
The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on geographic location. Additional factors include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for TriMark's benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match).
