Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a service desk specialist to help during their Holiday season. This individual will be responsible for technical troubleshooting and communicating with internal associates to help support the internal stores. Majority of the issues will be surrounding their instore handheld systems. Candidates will take an average of 8-10 calls/ tickets per day. Ideally, candidates will be able to work a later shift to cover their west cost stores. Candidates will be required to work 1 weekend day.
Training Schedule: M-F 9-5pm
