Level 3 Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst OR Level 4 Sr. Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst
to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be located
onsite
in
Clearfield, UT . The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Leadership to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization. Essential Functions: Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
Uses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
Adheres to and guides the team through compliance with all Earned Value Reporting metrics such as DCMA and DECM metrics.
Perform and/or assist in schedule performance analyses and visibility reporting; assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR.
Facilitate and support program monthly rhythm process utilizing Microsoft Project and Project Server, SAP/S4, wInsight, Milestone Professional, Tableau/PowerBI, and MS Excel/Powerpoint.
Level 3 Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Program Planning or a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
Able to work on site in Clearfield, UT daily.
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Level 4 Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in Program Planning or a Master's Degree with 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) on a Government Contract.
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
Able to work on site in Clearfield, UT daily.
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Applicable Earned Value Management experience must be listed on your resume to be considered for the role. Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.

$86,600 - $130,000 Salary Range 2:
$107,800 - $161,800 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
