$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr Business Systems Analyst
(Hybrid – Local Candidates Only). We are seeking a
Business Systems Analyst
to support enterprise applications with a focus on
Facilities and Fleet Management systems . This role will partner closely with operations teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs while supporting system enhancements, integrations, and user support. Schedule
Hybrid (Local Candidates Only): 1 week in office / 1 week remote rotation Top Required Skills
3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst (business analysis, process mapping, enterprise application support) Experience with ERP systems or Fleet/Facilities Management applications Experience handling projects with system integrations Strong adherence to formal testing and change management methodologies Soft Skills
Strong team player – able to both lead and be led Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Skilled in facilitating workshops and solving problems with both business units and IT teams Key Responsibilities
Partner with Facilities and Fleet teams to understand operational needs and translate them into business requirements Conduct business process analysis and contribute to long-range system planning Analyze requirements, design solutions, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications Develop and execute test plans, perform system configuration, and support user acceptance testing Provide second and third-level support for Facilities-related system issues Lead or support IT projects and enhancements that improve operations and asset management Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team Preferred/Additional Skills
Familiarity with M5, Indoor Finders, and building management systems (or willingness/aptitude to learn) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex customer issues Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines independently Experience with the software development lifecycle and technology-driven projects Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience Industry Background (Preferred)
IT, business/technology consulting, utilities, oil & gas, or other large enterprise environments If you have a strong background in enterprise applications and enjoy working closely with business and IT teams to improve operations, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact. Seniority level
